Autopsy: Feast For A Funeral details how Hell came on Halloween night for Johnny and his girlfriend, Heather. Their head-over-heels endless love and foreplay would be replaced with meals on meat hooks, and ghosts greedy for murder once a ouija board, spell book, and radio were used for incantations and magic. Dead surgeons have returned to practice forbidden surgeries. And these monsters with masks are eager to practice evil. It will not be just another drunken Halloween night for Chris and his friends dressed in costumes. They have unknowingly resurrected psychopaths that were once a cult in search of eternity. Consuming the flesh of their patients, these satanists searched for the secrets of our souls. And now Chris and his friends have just made the guest list.

Born Undead (DVD)

From the macabre tomb of Bay Area death metal pioneer, Autopsy, comes an unrivaled insight into its world of gore and horror in the form of a new DVD, Born Undead, due for release on August 27th.

The "Born Undead" DVD charters the birth, death & rebirth of the legends with an extensive documentary conducted with the band themselves, as they describe how the beast came to be, & the impact their music has had on the metal world over a span of more than 20 years. The film also documents the band's long-awaited return to the studio & stage, & includes rehearsals of both new tracks & old classics for their live comeback assault. The trio of 2010 reunion shows are all featured here, with all the best classic tracks from Maryland Deathfest, PartySan festival & also Hole in the Sky in Norway, where the trio of Chris Reifert, Eric Cutler, & Danny Coralles were joined by Dan Lilker on bass.

With 5 hours of footage overall, as well as extras including the band’s promo video for “All Tomorrow’s Funerals,” “My Corpse Shall Rise” and more, Born Undead is the ultimate set for all Autopsy and metal maniacs alike.

The DVD also contains artwork from Kent Mattieu, who had collaborated with the band on its early classic (and often controversial) album covers.

Autopsy triumphantly and officially returned from the grave after a 15-year hiatus with the 2010 EP, ‘The Tomb Within,’ delighting critics and fans alike.

All Tomorrow's Funerals
(CD and vinyl)

‘All Tomorrow’s Funerals’ is the latest chapter in the history of the death metal legends. This monstrous release contains FOUR new studio tracks recorded late 2011 - including a re-recorded version of classic oldie 'Mauled to Death' - plus all of Autopsy's past EP's & rarities which have been specially remastered by the band themselves, totalling 22 tracks all together, resulting in over 73 minutes of sickness. Everything from 'Retribution For The Dead' & 'Fiend for Blood', to the now sold-out 'The Tomb Within' is present, including liner notes from the band and new cover art from renowned artist Matt Cavotta (also responsible for the 'The Tomb Within' cover).

"Well, we've finished recording a few new tracks for the upcoming collection album "All Tomorrow's Funerals" and they came out brutal and heavy as hell. Along with the newly written songs, we did a revamped version of "Mauled To Death" which is the very last of the old songs that needed a proper album quality recording. This album will also contain all four EP's, all of which are out of print as well as a compilation track from 1991, so the grand total is 22 tracks. It's something we've wanted to do for quite awhile, getting all the loose chunks together in one place rather than having them split up and added on as bonus tracks here and there. Everything has been painstakingly re-mastered with the band's guidance and sounds better and more crushing than ever. And don't worry, we didn't get carried away and ruin anything! Combine all that with killer new cover art from Matt Cavotta and we've got one hell of release in the works. Look for it in February 2012" -
